White Cap Distribution was founded in February of 1984 by Paul Lavallee, President, W M Burgess, Vice President and Ed Laurin, Secretary / Treasurer. They collectively brought together over 65 years of food service experience. From our modest beginning of a little more than a hundred skews, we have grown to several thousand and have progressed from seafood supplier to a multi line distributor, and continue to grow.
White Cap Distribution supplies its variety of products to restaurants, hotels and institutions. We also serve wholesalers in other cities throughout Canada.
